   Payment is due within 1 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee of 10% per day on the outstanding balance.

   Relax Inn will not be held responsible for any failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law:
   This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
9. Amendments:
   Relax Inn reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and take effect from the date of notification.
